Premier stats-based legends fantasy draft
Draft the legends.
Flex the trophy.
The Goat Squad is a fast NFL lineup game where real regular-season stats decide the draft, the monthly board decides the winner, and the prize is a 9-inch tall gold muscled goat trophy built to live on the kitchen table.
The pitch
A stats game with a trophy people notice.
Each draft asks for eight slots: QB, two RB, two WR, TE, K, and D/ST. Classic mode throws you into randomized team-seasons from 1999 onward. Skill Choice mode lets you pick the team and year before each player choice.
Every selection uses checked-in NFLverse regular-season data, so the game feels like a debate between stats people, fantasy sickos, and anyone who wants the table trophy.
The scoring
Ratings compare legends inside their own position and season.
Offensive cards are built from regular-season PPR production. Kickers and defenses use position-appropriate fantasy scoring, then every card is normalized against a same-season cohort so a useful tight end, kicker, or defense can matter.
A completed lineup becomes a projected 17-game record. The 17-0 result is intentionally rare, tuned against large draft simulations instead of simple name value.
The prize
The monthly winner gets the 9-inch tall muscled GOAT.
The Goat Squad has no league, team, or player affiliation. Ratings are gameplay comparisons, not official grades. The trophy is the point: a gold, sunglasses-wearing, crown-wearing goat built to flex on friends and make the kitchen table a little less reasonable.
